Pablo Escobar
I saw a show this morning on A&E about Pablo Escobar from the Medellin drug cartel in Columbia. The show said that he was the most ruthless and notorious outlaw who ever lived.

How could they make such a broad claim? Haven't they ever heard of Joe?
