I dont dream alot.

This might be strange but the older I get the less I dream, or if I do I cant remember a thing in the morning.
I go through periods ..... sometimes Im able to remeber the dream in parts...then during the day certain events or people trigger my memory and Im able to remember more details.
More than dreams... I think they are more like nightmares.
I had this dream twice: " Im home and somebody is braking into the house.... I go for my gun, and when I identify the person as a threat... I shoot him but its like the bullets go right through him.... and he continues on like Im not even there."
You can only imagine the relief when I wake up!
Other times I dream of places Ive been....And talk to people that I know but there is only one thing... they all have different faces ..... strangers never seen in my life.

Joe, the fact is that a person has to dream in order to stay alive. That is why when we sleep our deep sleep is known as REM or rapid eye movement. If our brain did not create dreams as we slept, the shutdown of our brain would be just that a permanent shutdown. Just because you don't remember your dreams doesn't mean that you didn't dream. A good way to help you remember is to write down what you DO remember when you first wake up and add to it as you remember pieces later....eventually you have the jist of your dream. This also helps trigger your memory and make it better.
The mind is an amazing thing if you look into it. Trust me I have stories I could tell that would amaze alot of people.

Joe, I know alot more than what I let on. I told you before there are certain things that intrigue me...when that happens I learn all I can on that subject. I have even studied a bit on interpretting dreams. What people usually think a dream means is not what it actually is. Dreams actually are linked to a persons psychic ability. Never underestimate the knowledge of a grasshoppa!!! LOL

Actually you did hear it that is why it showed up in your dream ...it was in your subconscience. Your subconscience was trying to tell you iyour alarm was going off.Pay attention to your dreams one of these times that you think you can hear thisngs like that going off. That was kinda like your internal body alarms going off. Do you ever just wake up at the same time everyday? That's your subconscience time clock kicking in. You can actually train your body to wake up at a certain time or to sleep for only so long. You just have to work it. Unfortunately it does not sork on insomniacs. At one time I did have my body trained for an 8 hour sleep-shift...not no more.

strange???

OK...this is unusual!
In the last couple months I cant remeber what I dream.... I know that at some level your mind is always going....but nothing!
Sometimes during the day I see things or do things that recall my dreams... that has not been the case... am I going brain dead?.. or am I too tired to even dream?....uhmmmm
