Pangea Day
Today I spent four hours at the State Theater watching a live
presentation that connected theaters and audiences around the world. It was called Pangea day, a celebration of our planet through film. All of the films are available online. You can watch them here. I would STRONGLY suggest that you spend some time watching the short films. Some of them are magic...especially watch "Stille Post (the telephone game)," "Elevator Music," and the "Pale Blue Dot." All the movies are great, however. You should definitely check them out. (I just looked at the site and noticed that many of the movies are not uploaded yet. The Pangea day presenters said that all the movies will be posted. Perhaps they are running a little behind.
