Great recipe Michele....Thanks for the level of encouragement. It's always "Cyndi" level or "Even Cyndi can do it." Well what about Joe Has anyone ever tried his cooking. I haven't heard of him making anything. I have 6-7 people that eat my food quite often.

Ok, I'll try it...... let me first blindfold myself, after I tie one arm behind my back, and hop around on one leg ........that should make it fair!
As far as me cooking for somebody....Todd was my guest (with my other bud Martin) and if we disregard the BBQ lighting incident that almost chared Martin....the food was excellent.

Until you can prove it, I find it hard to believe you cook, Joe. Michele, on the other hand, I know can cook, very well i might add, so any recomendations she offers I am more than willing to try. Even if she says that it is beyond the Cyndi-level, simply because she has no idea of my capabilities, but that is alright with me.
