Biggest Upset in Michigan football history!
University of Michigan Football Coach Lloyd Carr Resigns after Epic Upset
I watched both games, and I have to say that Appalachian State deserved it. Hart made a few good plays (as usual) Henne got plowed (as usual) Defense? wasnt there first half (not a Michigan thing) .... what surprised me was Michigan making stupid mistakes like facemask and false start....Thats definetely not the Michigan we know. All in all it sucks loosing to a 1AA team ..... and their goes the oppurtunity of a perfect season! I wonder who's taking over for Lloyd? And....yes..... my stock dividends in tissues earned me a killing....... Ticket to the game = $120 Beer + Tissues = $65 Watching 110.000 leaving the BIG HOUSE in Tears = Priceless For everything else there's = SPARTANS! ![]() Appalachian sent shockwaves across the sports world on Saturday with its 34-32 triumph at Michigan (photo courtesy of Keith Cline) And I'll be nice and not talk about the SPARTANS and how they DOMINATED , Whooped , spanked....their opponent |

Michigan got spanked again!!! OMG!! Break out the tissues. I think there is a flood on the horizon.
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Michigan got embarrassed again, just in a different way. A week after being upset by Appalachian State, the Wolverines were handed their most-lopsided loss in 39 years as Dennis Dixon and the Ducks cruised 39-7 on Saturday. Dixon accounted for 368 yards and a career-high four touchdowns. Michigan (0-2) has opened a season with two straight losses at home for the first time since 1959 and has dropped four straight, dating to last season, for the first time in four decades. Michigan not only embarrassed themselves, they embarrassed the whole state. THANK GOD FOR THE SPARTANS!!!!

You know Todd, now that they lost to the ducks....we can go on and on...... but I think we'll just wait. I am going to post a few things when they get beat by Notre Dame though.

It is a sad time to be a michigan fan, i'll tell you what. I noticed that there are no crying Michigan fans in this thread calling foul. How can you come into the season being ranked 5th and then drop your first two games of the season?

MICHIGAN - NOTRE DAME
Too Funny! its easy to win a team that cant snap a ball.... I was laughing my butt off! That poor QB ... looked 16 y.o. .... not all his fault.. but he could have avoided a turnover by jumping on the pigskin and covering it with his body. The Funny thing is MICHIGAN fans are all hyped up about the win! they think they are back on track! You really want to impress me? Lets see if MICHIGAN can do the same thing with PENN STATE.... coming up SATURDAY . |

They beat another 0-2 team that sucks even worse than they do. They are back on track alright. Where are all the Michigan fans? Oh yeah. They have their noses buried in tissue.
